Educational Background
A Northern Virginia native, Dr. Sours, received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the VCU-Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry. She is also an alumnus of Virginia Tech (VPI&SU).
On a more personal note...
Dr. Sours is also very active in the Manassas community. She is a current member and past President of the Bull Run Rotary Club and gets involved in many activities there to promote high ethics in business as well as improve our community and develop international fellowships. In addition, she is a former Board member and Vice President of Historic Manassas, Inc. (HMI), a non-profit corporation funded by private donations and the City of Manassas. Since February 1986, HMI has been leading the revitalization and promotion of Old Town Manassas. Dr. Sours is a past Board member of the Prince William Chapter of the American Red Cross (PW-ARC) the area’s premier emergency response organization. The ARC also provides community services that help the needy; support and comfort for military members and their families; the collection, processing and distribution of lifesaving blood and blood products; educational programs that promote health and safety; and international relief and development programs.
